Dr. Alan Cary Miller-DVM
Dr. Alan Miller graduated from Kansas State University in 1973. Dr. Alan joined the Animal Hospital staff in 1982 and enjoys internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and clinical pathology as medical interests.
Leigh H.- CVT
Leigh is the head technician here at Animal Hospital. She graduated from Eastern Wyoming College with a Associates in Applied Science, emphasis in Veterinary Technology in 2005. As a technician some of her favorite medical procedures and interests include radiographs and abscesses. Leigh is originally from Indiana and came to Wyoming to work at a dude ranch. Leigh has always liked horses and enjoys a wide range of equestrian activities. Wyoming might not always be Leigh's favorite state but she enjoys the hiking and camping it has to offer; and in warm weather Leigh enjoys doing ranch work at her in-laws during the summer. When enclosed indoor in winters Leigh entertains herself by cleaning, and cleaning some more, and painting pottery. She is the proud pet owner of 3 dogs and 1 spoiled cat. Leigh says her favorite part of the job is puppies and kittens, as well as sending home patients that are well and happy.
Lori P.-Reception
Lori has worked at the Animal Hospital since summer of ’09. Born and raised in Worland, she moved to Casper after high school graduation. Lori attended Casper College in 2002 with a emphasis in Japanese and asian culture. Lori is an avid animal lover and enjoys creatures of all shapes and sizes. Beside the cats and dogs that reside with her, she also owns 2 fish. Other than her love of animals, Lori has been a girl gamer for most of her life, enjoying all types of games but in recent years has been happily addicted to World of Warcraft.
Sheila D.- Reception
Sheila is the most veteran'd member of the staff here at Animal Hospital. Sheila has been with the clinic for about 10 years, doing a variety of positions including reception, technician and her most recent endeavor, kennel work. Sheila has a certificate in Animal Science which she received in 1996, and associates in science that she received in 2005. Sheila is a avid dog lover (having 4 of her own), she has participated in agility training, hosted puppy & dog training classes. Besides working with dogs Sheila enjoys time playing the piano, going camping, watching movies and t.v. as well as being a foster mom.
